All services at Harmony Massage Studio are available by reservation only.
Clients are encouraged to book in advance, as therapist availability may be limited during peak hours. Arriving a few minutes early allows you to settle in calmly and ensures that your session begins and ends on time.
If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
2. Flexible Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change unexpectedly. To accommodate clients as generously as possible, we offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made within the allowed notice window provided at the time of booking. Appointments canceled outside the permitted window or missed without notice may incur a cancellation fee.
This policy protects our therapists’ time and allows us to offer availability to other clients who may be waiting for openings.

Clients are expected to behave appropriately at all times. Any form of inappropriate comments, requests, or conduct toward therapists will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
Therapists also commit to maintaining clear professional boundaries, ensuring comfort, respect, and safety throughout every session.
6. Health and Safety Requirements
To ensure a safe and effective session, clients must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, health concerns, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy before treatment begins. Certain conditions may require adjustments or may limit the types of services we can safely provide.
- If a therapist determines that a session may pose risk to the client’s health, the appointment may be postponed or declined for safety reasons.
- Massage therapy is a supportive wellness practice, not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult their healthcare provider for medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or emergency concerns.
7. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and multi-session packages, when offered, are non-refundable. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be noted at the time of purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by local law.
Missed sessions within a package may be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
8. Service Limitations
Harmony Massage Studio provides therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness-focused massage services.
- We do not provide medical diagnosis, chiropractic adjustments, or any service outside the legal scope of massage therapy.
- Clients acknowledge that results vary based on individual needs, lifestyle habits, stress levels, and overall health.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if:
- The client displays inappropriate behavior
- The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- The client fails to follow safety or hygiene guidelines
- The client presents a condition that may compromise their health during treatment
